learning from dell

I have always been impressed with Dell’s way of marketing their computers and laptops to consumers. We receive Dell’s marketing faxes and brochures all the time. For Dell to engage this manner of marketing, there must be positive returns and profitable grounds for it. In fact, we have used Dell’s style of direct of marketing in our previous seminar and it is interesting to evaluate the results from the campaign. Generally, Dell computers and laptops are affordable and Dell Memory tends to be easily available. With a complete online platform, Dell has thrived well in selling their products without the need of retail stores. But I heard things might be changing.
