Earfl.com: Our “This American Life”

While exchanging MP3s online is nothing new, and now pretty easy with platforms like Tumblr and Muxtape, Earfl offers a more community-oriented means of sharing audio clips. On Earfl, users can upload, broadcast and browse through more personal soundbites - anecdotes, short confessions, and any other quick audio snapshots of our daily lives. Earfl is the place to find “real stories for real people” - members simply call the Earfl number, leave a message (just like recording a voicemail), and once they hang up, the clip goes online. Users can then tag their clips (with descriptors like “happiness” or “wedding day”), and it becomes part of the Earfl library. Clips can also be embedded on websites/blogs and shared via url.
