Volvo Dealer Offers Choice of Loaner Bicycle or Car

Staff at Clive Brook Volvo in Yorkshire, England, noticed a number of customers bringing bicycles with them when they dropped their cars off for service instead of choosing the complimentary loan cars. The dealership decided to start a program offering customers a choice of a loaner bicycle or a loaner car when they drop off their Volvo for service.
